Halloween is where I really started to explore my passion for production design.  For 5 years my brother and I hosted some extreme Halloween parties.  We’ve done it all to our house; we've built temporary walls, painted and repainted rooms, secured panels to the walls, and even draped the entire house in hand painted, carnival striped plastic to turn our house into a circus tent.  It started somewhat modestly, but everyone had such a good time that each subsequent year we upped the ante with only one rule; to make all the props and decor as cheap as possible. Our goal was to try to build what we could out of reused or repurposed materials.  We'd hit up family and friends to see what they had laying around, too.  All of the money we saved went to the most important thing that any good party needs; food and libations of course!  Below are some of the scene we created over the years.
